Times are a changing

Times are a changing in the world of ShadowCatcher Ltd. Photography.

I was always told to follow my heart and mind (and pray) when big decisions need to be made.  It may have taken me a bit of time to actually listen but I finally have.

So, since I listened, new opportunities have come our way.  I have found who our true friends are and who are not.  I have found who our clients are and who they are not.  To our past and present clients, thank you for your support.  For the future clients, I am excited to work with you.

There are some other changes that will be happening effective Monday, April 9, 2012.  ShadowCatcher Ltd. Photography will be available by appointment only as I am going to be working full time outside of ShadowCatcher Ltd. Photography (and it’s an opportunity that arose only after I stepped away from other ventures and it’s a very exciting opportunity at that) but will also be running ShadowCatcher (so yes 2 FULL-TIME jobs, 3 if you want to get technical because being a Mom & wife is a full time job).

Joan Wallach Scott once wrote, “Those who expect moments of change to be comfortable and free of conflict have not learned their history.” These changes have been anything but comfortable and free of conflict, but I am very excited for these new opportunities to start, scary as they may be.  For me change is a good thing and sometimes without change you stay stagnant.
